Pickleball: The revolutionizing paddle sport
Pickleball is a fast-growing sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. It is played on a smaller court with a solid paddle and a plastic ball with holes. What is amusing about this sport, is that is accessible to players of all ages and skill levels, the main motive of its increasing popularity.
It was invented in 1965 on Bainbridge Island, Washington, by Joel Pritchard, Bill Bell, and Barney McCallum as a backyard game for their families. Over the years, it grew to a recognized sport with its first permanent court established in 1967.

The establishment of the USA Pickleball Association (USAPA) in 1984 played a vital role in the development of official tournaments and the growth of professional leagues worldwide. How do you see the future of pickleball evolving as it continues to gain popularity around the world?
